Does anyone know which oil refineries in Guangdong or areas near Guangdong have hydrocracking units, as well as facilities that use hydrogenation processes to produce lubricant base oils from their residue oils? Are there any enterprises, plants, or facilities that use tail oil as a raw material and employ the traditional processes to produce lubricant base oils? Thank you
Where are you from, OP? We use hydrogenated tail oil as raw material and process lubricants using traditional equipment; the quality of the lubricants is quite good.

1. The old set of units used for producing base oil from hydrocracking tail oil is directly employed; as far as I know, there are no such units in the Guangdong area. 2. The CNOOC Huizhou project uses a process involving the conversion of tail oil into base oil, with a processing capacity of 400,000 tons per year.
