The freezing point and cold flow point are both within acceptable limits; what is the cause of wax precipitation in diesel?

The 0# and -20# diesel fuels that our factory recently blended meet the requirements regarding pour point and cold filter plugging point, but wax precipitation is evident. What could be the reason? I hope experts can give me some advice. Thank you!
Under what condition or process is the wax removed? For example, is it during pipeline transport or while stored in oil tanks? I think it’s better to start with the mechanisms of wax analysis or wax formation

Could the components of the mixture be listed so that its reasons can be identified?............... It would be easy to understand if only waxy-like suspensions could be seen in the sampling bottle; it’s possible that wax forms when the outdoor temperature is below the freezing point. This kind of situation often occurs in the north. What was the outdoor temperature at that time?
