What does TBA mean (in relation to bid evaluation)?

I attended a technical clarification meeting with my supervisor; everyone was taking notes in a document that contained a comparison of the bids submitted by various bidding companies. The name of the document was XXTBA. I remember having seen something similar before, something like TBA. What does TBA mean?
Jinshan Ciba has translations such as “to be announced” – meaning it should be declared or published; or it can mean something is pending announcement or publication. There seems to be also the phrase “to be addressed”, which means it awaits presentation or explanation
I checked, and I think the phrase “to be announced, to be published” still makes sense. It’s just that the tendering entity has not been announced yet. But I’m not sure. So let’s ask who here can be sure.
“To Be Available” means it will be available in the future; it’s not available right now. Guys, none of you are correct – you’ll understand once you interact more with foreigners. It’s an abbreviation, and there are many others like it

I did some research on my own; regarding the terminology related to contracts, TBA usually stands for TBA To Be Advised, which means it needs further clarification – there are different opinions on this. So I asked my boss, and he said that TBA refers to technical aspects, bidding, and analysis. Only then did I understand what was meant by that term in the document from yesterday. Is this usage an informal convention within the organization?

TBA: Technical Bid Analysis; TBE: Technical Bid Evaluation. This is how foreigners use these terms, and there are basically no doubts about it!

Similar terms include ERFQ/RFQ/ERPO/PO/CO/PL, etc., which stand for Engineering Request for Quotation, Request for Quotation, Engineering Purchase Order, Purchase Order (i.e., contract), Contract Amendment, Packing List, and so on.
