In our process, there are two sets of steam pressure reduction devices: one is a pressure reduction device equipped with a pressure relief valve, and the other is a pressure reduction device that uses pipe diameter reduction. In front of each of these devices, there is an empty plate-type flow meter; however, the air inside these flow meters gets blown away, which renders the flow meters unusable in the case of the pressure reduction device that utilizes diameter reduction.
