One of the thermoresistors in my company has failed; the specific model is H-WZPK-440i. I know that WZPK stands for: W – temperature, Z – thermoresistor, P – PT100, K – armored. What was said on the second floor is correct; it is indeed fixed using flanges, the protective tube has a diameter of 16 mm, and it’s a waterproof junction box. Does that mean that this model includes the types of measuring elements, junction boxes, and protective sleeves, rather than just the type of armored thermoresistor? Is that correct? But it’s just the armored thermistor that’s broken; the other parts don’t require a procurement plan. The name and model I have specified are: armored thermoresistor H-WZPK-440i, Pt100, with a length of 450 mm and an outer diameter of Φ5.0 mm. Its operating range is from -200 to 350 degrees. I’m not sure if this is acceptable. Please give me some advice. I am extremely grateful.
The original poster wrote “thermocouple,” but it is actually an integrated thermal resistor. It is usually the electronic module that fails; you can try replacing it by ordering a few modules.
