There is silica powder, and there is also silica gel produced by the hydrolysis of chlorosilanes
Chlorosilane hydrolysis products, pipe corrosion rust, etc., silicon powder
Silicon powder, impurity chlorides, hydrolyzes, and so on
Mainly silicon powder, along with some chlorosilanes
It’s a process control issue, or simply a design issue! To see beyond the surface and grasp the essence, one must address the root cause of the problem in order to solve it completely!
There are many reasons for pipe blockage due to wet methods; one needs to be familiar with the entire process in order to analyze it. It’s not just a matter of process-related issues – I don’t think there are any major problems with this process itself. The main issues lie in other factors, and we plan to start operating it and explore the situation.
Previously, when dry dust removal caused pipe blockages, I knew how to deal with it; now I don’t know what to do in the case of wet dust removal
