The process of my device is from the tail gas liquid separation tank to the tail gas heater, then to the hydrogenation reactor, into the steam generator and to the quenching tower. Is there a circulation line? You can consider using the circulation line to heat up.
Check to see if there is a nitrogen line and a steam line inserted into the inlet of the exhaust gas heater. If there is, there is something wrong with the design. Use nitrogen.
The hydrogenation reactor can be heated in two ways: 1. Use sulfur fume ; The flue gas heated by sulfur is used for heating. 2. If a circulation line is designed, as mentioned on the second floor, the temperature can be circulated.
