Does hot oil vaporize in a vacuum tank?

Hello, I have designed a device for recycling used engine oil. I’m not sure if it’s feasible; I would appreciate some advice from those with more experience. The process is as follows: used engine oil is filtered and settled, then gasoline is distilled at a high temperature of 210 degrees (with a vacuum pressure of 2 KPA). After that, the oil is heated to 310 degrees and pumped into a vacuum tank with a vacuum pressure ranging from 130 PA to 5 PA. So, will this hot oil vaporize in the vacuum tank?
This requires checking the physical properties of that oil.
There should be some gasification, some carbonization, etc
If you can’t even figure this out, it’s better not to design this recycling device. If you don’t understand the basic concepts, what you create can be very dangerous. Gasoline is a hazardous material, and qualified expertise is required for the design of equipment related to it.
