We: Exhaust is divided into two steps 1. Static exhaust, which means the pump exhausts air when it is stopped. Open the outlet valve and the inlet valve to allow the medium to enter the pump under natural pressure, pushing out the air. Of course, some pumps are equipped with an exhaust valve; open that as well, and close it once liquid starts to flow out. After waiting for a while, close the outlet valve, and then the pump can be powered on and started. 2. For dynamic exhaust, after the pump is started, slowly open the outlet valve; at this point a swishing sound can be heard from the outlet, indicating that bubbles are being discharged. Once the sound stops, open the valve to its rated operating position.
But in the first step, during static exhaust, the outlet valve should be closed when filling the pump, right? Also, it’s necessary to clarify what type of pump it is :)
