2. Main contents of the project
The main contents should include the main engineering works and supporting facilities, covering the following aspects:
- Total investment, including the amount allocated to environmental protection measures;
- Names of main products and designed production capacity;
- Names and quantities of major raw materials and fuels, as well as water usage and wastewater discharge volumes;
- Main production processes;
- Major production equipment and auxiliary facilities, such as boilers and substations.
II. Overview of Environmental Protection Facilities
The overview of environmental protection facilities should include information on their names, types, treatment processes, designed treatment capacities, and the status of equipment installation and commissioning. This includes the following aspects:
- Wastewater, including industrial wastewater and domestic sewage. The information should cover the total volume of wastewater, the number of wastewater treatment systems in use, the treatment process for each system, the expected treatment results, and the direction of discharge for the treated wastewater. If the wastewater is to be sent to a municipal sewage treatment plant, proof from the municipal drainage authorities and a contract with the plant must be provided; if it is to be discharged into a combined sewer system, proof of acceptance by the municipal drainage authorities must be provided.
