How many years has everyone been working in the refinery? Talk about your experiences over the years and what the most unforgettable things have been (this can include aspects such as operations, management, handling interpersonal relationships, etc.)
I just arrived at the refinery and am still learning; I don’t have any experience yet.
I’ve been working at the refinery for over three years; today, while adjusting the furnaces, I managed to turn off one of the burners – the biggest mistake I’ve made in these three years.
I always thought I was young, but now that I think about it, I’ve been working for 18 years already.
20 years have passed; I don’t dare look back.
It’s not a refinery; the company sells products that come from refineries. I’ve been in the oil product trading business for 5 years
I have worked in petrochemical companies for 13 years, and if I were to share my experiences, it’s that I have learned about many different process flows – starting from atmospheric and vacuum distillation, including residue visbreaking and solvent extraction, as well as diesel hydrogenation. If I were transferred to another workshop, I would have to learn new process flows as well. In short, process operations are not tasks for humans to carry out; one truly must keep learning throughout life.
I’ve been working at the refinery for almost three years now. If I want to make technical progress, I need to keep learning, asking questions, and observing carefully. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll become an expert, and then anywhere I go, people will want to hire me! If you want to pursue a career in political work, you need to build good relationships with your superiors; it’s important to handle interpersonal relationships in a proper manner. It ultimately depends on your own skills, and such things can only be understood, not put into words! That’s all I have to say
