Instability of fluidized beds

The fluidized bed in our company uses solid materials and a fluidizing medium fed from the bottom; (of course, there is no gas distribution plate). Lately, there has been a frequent issue of material collapse, and analysis of the data has not yielded any results. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem!
I’ve never encountered this; it’s probably due to an imbalance in the gas-solid phase ratio. With a constant amount of solid feed, increasing the gas flow rate should help； Or, with the gas volume constant, reduce the feed rate. Give it a try.
The ratio of gas to solid phases should be fine; in our production process, the airflow velocity is already high, so there’s no risk of low airflow~
Check it. Look at the total gas volume and operating pressure to see if there are any changes.
