Inside the heating furnace body, with no non-condensable gases present in the medium inside the tank, the absorbed heat from the flame and flue gas is continuously transferred to the fluid being heated in the phase-change heat exchanger, through a vapor-liquid two-phase cycle of continuous evaporation and condensation. A phase-change heating furnace is a type of special boiler, designed to heat a working fluid by utilizing phase changes. It is mainly used in production processes such as oil and gas fields and long-distance pipelines for the collection and transportation of oil and gas, to heat crude oil, natural gas, process water, or their mixtures.
