One reactor is labeled as a Raschig reactor; the other reactor is called a caustic evaporator. How should these be translated? ? ? I’m studying a process that involves DMA, ammonia water, sodium thiosulfate, and chloramine. The reactors used include gas-liquid mixers, liquid-liquid mixers, as well as several heat exchangers. It’s a series of reactions, and the final product is 99% UDMH. I’ve never worked with this before; could anyone with experience please take a look and offer some advice? Could you explain what this process entails in general terms? ! !
