Need the quota for excavators?

I’m an amateur; I’m using the 03 version of the pricing standards and can’t find the rate for excavators. For 10 cubic meters of soil (at a depth of 1 meter), it is more cost-effective to use machines or manual labor? I think using machinery for digging is more cost-effective; the cost of manual digging is much higher. Even though it’s only 10 cubic meters, it takes a long time to dig it. Moreover, machinery saves time, and when the deadline is tight, there’s no doubt about it – machinery is necessary!
Excavators are cost-effective; they are efficient and help save money, while manual labor is less efficient and results in higher costs. So I strongly recommend using an excavator. You can look at several other companies to compare the cost-performance ratio, and decide to choose the manufacturer with the lower price!
