The outlet pressure = the gravity of the outlet coal slurry + the resistance of all pipelines. The pipeline resistance includes the resistance of the flow-limiting orifice plate. The outlet pressure of the coal slurry pump in our factory before feeding is less than 1MPa.
My personal understanding of the restriction orifice plate in the return line at the outlet of the large coal slurry pump is to increase the back pressure and ensure the outlet pressure before feeding. It seems to be related to the characteristics of diaphragm plunger pumps such as coal slurry pumps. Specifically, I just ask the master for more advice in this regard!

It has a certain pressure reducing function. The outlet pressure of the coal slurry pump is relatively high, which is detrimental to the backflow to the slurry tank or trench. ; 3. The size of the opening can be calculated, but it may not be easy to use. The theoretical aperture is relatively small and prone to clogging. The original aperture can be increased based on the specific application and process conditions.

;P;P In my personal opinion, although the use of flow-limiting orifice plates can increase the coal slurry pressure entering the furnace before feeding, the coal slurry pressure entering the furnace and the coal slurry velocity are all calculated based on the design of the coal slurry pipeline. Therefore, the size of the flow-limiting orifice plate is calculated by each factory or the same process. In my personal opinion, the flow-limiting orifice plate is easy to form a dead spot at the back, so it is better to consider a venturi flow limiter.
