How to reach SP-10

Without using sandblasting, how can one achieve SP-10 (equivalent to Sa2.5)? I would appreciate some guidance from those with experience.
Explain Sa2.5: It involves a very thorough sandblasting cleaning process, which is intended to remove oxide scale, rust, and foreign substances to such an extent that only minimal imperfections in the form of spots or streaks remain. The surface is then cleaned using a vacuum cleaner, clean compressed air, or a cleaning brush.
Shot blasting! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
My equipment is large, so shot blasting is even less suitable. Are there any other ways?
