Those who have experience in designing analytical tests, please advise: What aspects should be included in the design of analytical testing in a factory? What is the focus? It is best to analyze aspects other than projects, instruments and equipment, and safety facilities.
In accordance with the requirements of the \"Regulations on the Content of Preliminary Design for Chemical Engineering Projects\", analytical testing should include the following elements: 1. Design specifications for analytical testing. First, the basis for laboratory design; second, the objectives of laboratory design and the division of tasks with the factory’s central laboratory; third, principles for selecting analytical equipment, including the criteria for introducing imported equipment and the principles for choosing major domestically produced equipment; fourth, information on the scale of the laboratory and its layout, including floor area, building area, types of operations carried out, and principles for arranging special functional rooms. Fifth, the requirements of laboratories regarding heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Sixth, the specifications and consumption levels for water, electricity, gas, etc., required by laboratories. Provide a table outlining the specifications and consumption amounts for water, electricity, and gas. 2. The analysis item list shows the sequence number, sampling location, medium name, analysis item, control index, analysis frequency (during operation, under normal conditions), and analysis method. 3. Analysis of Furniture List: It lists the serial number, name, main specifications, model, quantity, and material of the furniture required for analysis. 4. The list of analysis equipment shows the serial number, name, main technical specifications, model, and quantity of the analysis equipment. 5. The list of analytical equipment to be introduced outlines the sequence number, name, main technical specifications, model, and quantity of such equipment. 6. The comprehensive material list shows the name of the material, specifications (model), unit, and quantity. 7. The laboratory furniture layout plan should indicate the exact dimensions of the central island, fume hoods, and sinks. 8. The laboratory equipment layout diagram should indicate the positioning dimensions of the main analysis equipment, large-scale analysis equipment, and high-power analysis equipment.
