The boiler’s grate is always drifting off course

We use a hot oil furnace, but recently the grate keeps drifting out of alignment. The maintenance technician said it’s because the tightening force of the bolts on both sides is not consistent, but how can we correct this alignment issue? One solution is to remove all the bolts and then tighten them again! Just make sure the tightening force is consistent! (Just a note: there’s a spelling mistake.)
The technical capabilities in my own factory are not sufficient; I recommend hiring a professional grate manufacturer to handle it.
It is caused by the front and rear axles not being parallel; adjust them to be parallel.
Adjust the side you want it to tilt towards – that’s all there is to it
