Dear leaders, hello. I have been a member of this forum for some time now. Through a lot of effort, and with the support of the leaders, I was promoted to moderator. However, during my time as a moderator, I have noticed one thing: the leaders do not manage the moderators effectively enough. There are many moderators these days, and their standards for working on the forum vary; some do things one way while others do them another way, with no clear standards in place, which results in chaos in many areas. If Haichuan wants to become the most high-quality chemical industry forum in China, it must first develop its own characteristics and possess a proper sense of forum management. Therefore, I hope that the leaders should hold QQ meetings regularly in the QQ group to convey HaiChuan’s management principles and spirit; especially the actual moderators need such meetings to improve their management skills.
Our Super Edition Meteor forum has a post; the real moderators can go and take a look at it. http://bbs.hcbbs.com/viewthread.php?tid=281826&page=1#pid1346097 The last edit to this post was made by Welcome on 2009-3-14 00:39 ]
Hehe, this post is worth learning for every small forum administrator*
Communication and coordination among each other are necessary; perhaps it’s because they have just joined the management team. It will get better if they communicate more with other leaders and with the moderators in their own area. In fact, different areas, even within the same area, have different scoring methods and handling practices*; personally, I think having too many detailed rules is not good. Setting general guidelines while allowing flexibility in the details helps to allow for uniqueness.
Yes, that’s indeed the case; we must strengthen internal communication to facilitate management
Why doesn’t the boss create a super QQ group?
