Newbie seeking help: Unable to add components

I just finished using the Pro2 process to create a design, and when I tried to add components, the system showed an error stating that \"creation of component in database failed.\" I’m not sure why this is happening; please advise those who are more experienced. Post your flowchart – what are your components? Which window did you use to add the component? The system shows an error message stating that the creation of the component in the database failed. It would be better to post the flowchart where the problem occurs, so that it can be explained more easily
No components can be added, such as water, methane, etc

Note: It seems that the poster didn’t restart the machine after completing the installation. I encountered this issue, but it was resolved after restarting. The original poster, give it a try.
The problem has been solved. I just need to delete the software and reinstall it. Thank you all
