Should the guidelines for using the forum be simplified?

:I read many posts on forum tips for using it; on the one hand, I was amazed by the extensive experience of those who were ahead of me, while at the same time thinking, \"Where is my home now that the clouds cover the Qinling Mountains?\" The sense of hesitation expressed in the line “Snow blocks Blue Pass; the horse will not move forward.” :funk: Wouldn’t it be more convenient to keep the rules simpler? Keeping the rules too simple hinders the management of the forum and is not conducive to its development. At the same time, you don’t want no one to respond when you don’t want to solve a problem, do you? You don’t want to have no data to download, right?
I think there are too many rules too, haha. But let’s take it slow; I hope to advance to third grade in elementary school soon
