Generally, the reason why it is difficult to push the focus is the reason of high current. 1. Coal blending and coal type properties or moisture fluctuations. 2. The furnace temperature is high or the furnace temperature is low. 3. There are large pieces of graphite on the furnace wall and it is uneven. 4. It is not easy to block the furnace mouth with flat coal. 5. The furnace wall is deformed or the erosion surface is too large. 6. The first and second cycles after gunning. 7. Push the coke dry to deform. Generally, the above reasons can cause large currents. When combined together, it may be difficult to push the focus.
When the coke pushing current in the coke oven exceeds the specified maximum current, it is called difficult coke pushing. There are many reasons for the large push current, the main ones are: The heating system is unreasonable (coking or overheating), the graphite deposit on the furnace wall is too thick, the furnace wall is deformed, the coal leveling is not good, the shrinkage value of the matched coal is too small, the coke pushing rod is deformed, etc. (1). The main situations where the heating system is unreasonable include:: The low temperature of the whole furnace causes the coke to be immature and brittle. ; Uneven horizontal row temperatures cause uneven coke quality ; Destroying the coke pushing plan and pushing the coke in advance, causing the coke to be immature and brittle. ; The pressure system destroys the carbonization chamber, and the air leaks into the carbonization chamber and causes local overheating, causing the coke to become overheated and brittle. ; (2). The main causes of furnace wall deformation are:: There are lesions on the wall of the carbonization chamber (but the coke is normal) ; The furnace head or furnace door frame is deformed (especially on the coke side) ; (3). Poor loading of coal: The coal leveling effect is not good and the coal loading hole is blocked. ; Loading too much coal without considering the deformation of the furnace wall ; The coal side of the carbonization chamber is not fully loaded (it can easily cause overburning of the machine side) ; (4).Cooperate with situations where coal is not good: Lack of sufficient shrinkage coal in the blended coal ; Add a large amount of coal with poor cohesiveness or non-cohesiveness ; Loading old coal that has deteriorated due to oxidation ; Excessive fluctuations in the quality of incoming coal from individual mine sites result in fluctuations and uneven coke quality. ; The moisture content of loaded coal increases ; (5) Deformation of the focus push rod: Push focus head deformation ; The focus lever itself is deformed.
The reasons mentioned above are more comprehensive. You can compare them one by one to see where your furnace has problems. But according to what you said, it has always been relatively large. If the whole furnace is like that, then the reason is to find the coal (mainly the nature of coal blending) or the problem of pushing the coke cart. ; If the whole furnace has a fixed furnace number, check whether the furnace wall is deformed. ; If that kind of problem occurs in any shift, check whether the operators on duty are operating in a standardized manner. ; If problems arise from irregular furnace numbers, look at the coke pushing and coal loading operations. ; In addition, seasonal changes cause the heating system to be unreasonable.
