Source of hydrogen for the initial commissioning of a natural gas-based ammonia plant

As we all know, the natural gas steam reforming process involves hydrodesulfurization and reforming; without hydrogen, proper desulfurization cannot be achieved during the initial startup. Additionally, the reduction of the reforming catalyst also requires hydrogen. What are the sources of hydrogen? I would appreciate your advice.

Desulfurization involves heating the natural gas. Once the desulfurized natural gas meets the required standards, it is sent to the first conversion stage; at this point, the steam used in that stage has also reached the appropriate temperature. As the temperature rises, the hydrogen content in the reactants of natural gas and steam increases continuously. The secondary process is the conversion, heating, and reduction in the ammonia plant.
