Currently, the space furnace is operating smoothly and in excellent condition; the burner has been in use for 200 hours without any damage, having withstood the tests successfully. It can be said to be entirely satisfactory; I’m posting this to share the good news with all my colleagues! This post was last edited by lyp000 on 2009-3-13 19:51]
Congratulations! May I ask whether the space furnace mentioned by the original poster is from Linquan or Puyang, Henan?
Congratulations! ! ! I had heard long ago that the space furnace had started trial operations; it’s truly wonderful to hear this news!
Brothers in Puyang, could you let us know the startup and operation times (number of startups, operation cycles)? This isn’t really a secret of Wan Yuan; it helps to promote HTL technology: victory:
The aerospace furnace in Puyang can operate continuously for no more than 10 days, with the total operating time not exceeding 2 months; three burners have been replaced during that period. The person who made the statement isn’t referring to the one in Puyang, right?
It’s neither Puyang nor Linquan; it’s somewhere else~~~~~~~~~
I too would like to know which company has actually started operating the space furnace
It seems there’s a post in an earlier thread; the current record for the longest operating cycle of a space furnace was set in Linquan, at 15 days. However, its burner showed signs of damage already in the first week, so it couldn’t be said to remain intact at all. http://bbs.hcbbs.com/viewthread.php?tid=378449&highlight=%BA%BD%CC%EC%C2%AF 1#,45#, 18~25; it’s probably still from Puyang
