How to participate in pre-exam training? Answer: Regarding pre-exam tutoring: The Cadre College of the Ministry of Construction will recruit experts from Tianjin University who possess extensive teaching experience as well as theoretical and practical knowledge in engineering consulting to serve as the main instructors.
