Have you used the reciprocating compressors from Weifang Shengjian Group? How is the performance?
Weifang Shengjian seems to be a company; the quality of compressors it produces should be good
It has been installed in several small refineries in Shandong, and its performance is also good
It’s okay to use, but the construction is a bit rough.
It depends on your requirements and who you are comparing it to； In my opinion, it’s quite average; not to mention compared to Shenqi and Yuanda, it’s even far inferior to other factories that branch off from Shenqi ； It is recommended not to use it for the medium gases in important chemical processing units; it can be considered for use in ordinary small air compressors and nitrogen compressors ； Another consideration is investment; if it’s a small-scale project with quick returns, it can also be taken into account
I’ve used their DW-40/47~54 rotary air compressors; they perform fairly well, though their construction is a bit rough
It’s okay; the new units have many problems and lots of minor issues. As these are resolved over time, the units will improve, but there is still a significant gap compared to those from larger manufacturers.
It depends on your location and your manufacturing process; use equipment from leading manufacturers for the key devices.

I used a 2D model; it was good – low vibration, smooth operation, with almost no issues
Apart from the somewhat rough workmanship, it’s acceptable; most of the reciprocating machines in our unit are newly built units. 12
We used nine of their devices; the workmanship upstairs is a bit rough, but overall it’s acceptable.
Apart from the rough workmanship, are there any other problems? I would appreciate some advice. I’m not sure how the 7M50 unit in that factory performs; could anyone with experience please give me some insights?
Haha, all of our compressors are from Weifang – models 4M16 and 6MD20, in total over ten units. Apart from their rough construction, they’re fairly okay otherwise
It is recommended that the poster avoid using machines built from scratch; although the initial cost of construction is low, there are many problems during operation, and the money saved isn’t enough to cover subsequent modifications. Please do thorough research before using such machines! ! !
Our factory plans to choose the Shengjian reciprocating compressor, as recommended by the Second Chemical Research Institute
It can also be used on air compressors; the temperature is low and the pressure requirements are not high； It’s hard to say when it’s used in high-temperature areas!
