Dude, if you use nitrogen for pressurization, it depends on the size of the system volume you plan to test If the volume is large, it’s simply impossible to apply pressure since the nitrogen cylinder is much smaller in size ； Of course, if the volume is small, pressure testing can be carried out; as for exactly how high the pressure should be, it depends on the volume. (But if money isn’t a concern, and plenty of nitrogen cylinders are used for applying pressure, then the pressure can be increased to whatever level is needed!) ).
It depends on the pressure of your nitrogen cylinder. For example, the pressure of the clean nitrogen supply in our facility is usually 40 MPa, while that of the buffer tube is 20 MPa. So this is the greatest pressure at my workplace.
