In ammonia synthesis production, there are units for copper washing – where is all your dilute ammonia water used? Can you send a urea desorption system?
A scheme we just developed involves using ammonia to remove sulfur, with sulfuric acid AN as a by-product.
It is normal for urea to be desorbed; as long as the capacity of the urea desorption system is sufficient and the secondary absorption stage can handle it
We supply boilers for desulfurization and dust removal, or we provide systems for wastewater circulation to adjust pH levels
It is more appropriate to use it for desulfurization and dust removal in boilers; however, using it in the wastewater recycling system to adjust the pH is questionable, as it will increase the ammonia nitrogen level.
We produce industrial ammonia directly, or feed it into dilute ammonia tanks for ammonia absorption, or into a composite tower to reduce the CO2 content in the raw gas
Ammonia water can absorb carbon monoxide only by complexing with copper ions…………
Our company sends the urea hydrolysis system to a partial analysis and recovery process, while the other part is sent to the boiler flue gas desulfurization recovery system.
Once more, through two-stage recovery, the dilute ammonia solution from the carbonization bubble column is sent to the copper washing unit for ammonia absorption, and then returned to the integrated tower of the carbonization system for further concentration; meanwhile, the desulfurization lean liquid is circulated to absorb ammonia, thereby stabilizing the concentration of the desulfurized ammonia solution. Our refined ammonia is of high concentration, around 140TT, and it has been sent to the phosphorus-ammonia plant
Some is used to produce industrial ammonia water, while the rest is used for desulfurization to increase the concentration of ammonia in the desulfurization solution.
We send dilute ammonia solution to produce urea; when its concentration is high, carbonization is carried out~~~ Can we also use a desulfurization liquid?
The ammonia water from the outlet of the copper washing and ammonia recovery tower is sent to the isobaric recovery tower for synthesis; when the operating pressure of this recovery tower is above 1.5 MPa, the concentration of ammonia water at the outlet can reach 15–18%. Such ammonia solution can be directly used for urea production. Or send it directly to carbonization.
It is more cost-effective to further concentrate the material before sending it for urea production or carbonization.
When the operating pressure of the absorption tower is 19.5 MPa, the ammonia concentration in the outlet gas can reach 10 PPm, while the ammonia content in the outlet liquid can reach 20%, which is quite economical.
Those with an ammonia vaporization system can send the ammonia to that system for evaporation and recovery, but it is necessary to carry out impurity filtration before feeding it into the system.
