The critical nozzle of catalytic devices often wears out and leaks

The critical nozzles in our catalytic units tend to wear out and leak frequently, with leaks occurring almost once a week. There don’t seem to be any operational issues, and the three-spinners are also working normally. I wonder how things are with the units used by other users – is it simply a problem with the reliability of the equipment? Are there any good methods or suggestions? :loveliness:
Tubes or valve bodies should be fitted with a scale mesh or lining; otherwise, it’s normal for them to get worn out.
Where is it leaking from the nozzle that faces the street? If the nozzle body leaks, it’s a problem with the lining or the material. I have seen other factories wrap bands around the nozzle body
Efforts can be made in the following areas: 1. The construction of the tortoise-shell mesh lining; 2. The drying process of the lining; 3. Whether there is any smoke leakage; 4. The material of the nozzles; 5. The efficiency of the four rotors and the solid content in the smoke

Our company uses maintenance-free critical flow velocity nozzles designed in Luoyang, and they perform well.
The friend on the 6th floor mentioned an approach; we have used it before and it worked quite well. From a process perspective, the wear of the critical nozzle is still due to the excessively high catalyst concentration in the flue gas passing through it, that is, the effect of the four-spin mechanism is not satisfactory; it is sometimes also related to the flow pattern in the three-spin feed pipe.
