What should be done if the verticality of the riser is too high? Anyone who knows or has dealt with this, please help. Thank you! Generally speaking, at what degree of verticality should it be addressed?
The inclination of the rising pipe reflects to a certain extent the deformation at the upper part of the steel column and the outward movement of the gas collection pipe.
If the verticality is too high, it can be adjusted by using the gaps in the base or valve body
Upstairs, have you adjusted this there?
Just like replacing the riser bridge pipe, lift it and reset it in place
So what needs to be paid attention to? Especially some sudden ones
I think if it doesn’t fall over, there’s no need to do anything about it
This is always a potential risk; if the rising pipe tips over, it could lead to serious problems
We have experienced tilting of the gas collection pipes, with all the riser pipes being pulled outward. It will take about two days to finish processing. The specific approach is ; Insulate the furnace, remove all the rising tubes, reset the gas collection tube, and then replace it with new rising tubes.
This is individual to us! Production has been halted for rectification; the project is quite extensive! I want to hollow out the area around the bridge pipe and valve body, then use a jack to lift up the part that has sunk, in order to correct it! Is this feasible?
If there are no other issues with the tilt point, it doesn’t need to be dealt with, right? It is best to have a large crane for replacing the rising pipe (prepare two spare rising pipes with bricks laid); the bridge pipe and base are considered spare parts. Close the flap of the bridge tube properly and secure it with wire. Stop using that ammonia solution flap and seal it with some coal. Lift the rising pipe, clean the socket seal groove, and replace the base brick. Make use of the smoke suppression vehicles if available. If none is available, a 2.5-meter chimney can be made and placed on the coal feeding port. Our factory has replaced many of them due to damaged rising tube bases. These days, generally three can be replaced per maintenance period.
