There are many such questions on the forum. In my opinion: 1. The centrifuge should be in good working condition, 2. A certain amount of slurry must be discharged outside. 3. Maintain a relatively low bottom temperature (around 330). 4. Use fewer fine catalyst particles and enhance replacement.
Also, in the case of VQS, it is necessary to ensure that the line speeds at the VQS inlet and outlet remain within a certain range; during operation, the pressure in the settler should be kept stable, and a certain amount of slurry should be recycled.
