The plastic electric defogger has no primary voltage and current and fails the self-test. There are both secondary currents and secondary voltages. What's going on? How to solve it?
Theoretically speaking, as long as there is secondary voltage and current, then there will be primary voltage and current. I have never seen the situation mentioned by the original poster and cannot explain it. Could it be an electrical problem?
