The raw coal has a high moisture content when it arrives, but the test results show a lower value; how can we make the result closer to the actual value?

What is visible does not reflect the actual situation; when there is more coal present, the moisture content within the coal chunks is lower. The three steps of sampling, sample preparation, and testing should be carried out in a concise and sequential manner; especially during the spring and autumn when the weather is dry and water evaporates rapidly, the time intervals between these steps have a significant impact on the results.
What you see is just one part of it; there are rules regarding sampling, and it’s important to ensure representativeness. What do you mean by high moisture content? Is this the case in general?
