Has anyone ever used soft PDCM gaskets that are somewhat contractible? Polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets are too hard!
Flexible, resistant to organic substances, acids, alkalis, and oils. Available in various capacities such as 150L, 300L, 600L, etc. It’s quite soft; it’s just a bit expensive. It used to be imported, but it may now be produced domestically as well.
O-viton will swell. Wrap one around it yourself using PTFE tape. Haha

I hope those on the fourth floor don’t misuse Viton. Regarding resistance to dichloromethane, fluororubber can basically be considered the suitable option. The specific grade to choose depends on your usage requirements. Including temperature, pressure, and so on.

For dichloromethane pads, the swelling issue is the main concern. The PTFE gasket is too hard; a rubber-asbestos-encased PTFE gasket could be considered ； Or wrap PTFE tape with a PTFE gasket ； Fluororubber is also an option; there are many different grades of it, and its supply can be complicated.
Polytrifluoroethylene propylene, polyethylene can be used just fine
