The main components of the fuel gas supplied to the heating furnace are 36% H2 and 62% CO. Why does backfire occur during combustion, and why is the flame not burning continuously with a popping sound? Is it due to an incorrect selection of the burner, or are the components of this fuel gas not suitable for combustion?

Our company also has a set of heating furnaces that exhibit this phenomenon; we believe the noise is caused by secondary combustion, so we increase ventilation to reduce the hydrogen content.
It might be due to unstable pressure; add a pressure regulator~!
We’ve encountered a similar issue with one of our furnaces as well; it could be a problem with the fuel valve, or the flame detector may be faulty or dirty, and most likely it’s due to incorrect adjustment of the burner.
There are serious issues with the burner selection; this type of gas should not be premixed, as this can easily lead to backflow, and a flame arrester must be installed on the pipes
