How can I query the names of substances in Aspen?

In the simulated alcohol process, I need to enter the name of the raw material, cassava, but I am unable to input the English name of cassava in the Component name field. I would like to ask those enthusiastic marine enthusiasts: how can one find out the names of various substances in Aspen? Or does this Component Name come from that chemical dictionary or manual? If we know that, it will be easier to enter various substances (mainly raw material mixtures). Thank you all :lol
