The major case has been submitted to 333; the thickness of the heat-insulating layer to prevent scalding is determined based on the surface temperature. According to clause 9.1.2 of GB/T 8174-2008, a failure is deemed to occur when the surface temperature exceeds 323 K (with an ambient temperature of 298 K); therefore, I believe 323 K is the correct value.
