In addition to checking insulation, are there any other important items that need to be checked when inspecting thermoresistors?

Our facility is currently undergoing major maintenance, and I am specifically in charge of maintaining the temperature instruments. This involves working on various types of plug-in thermoresistors and thermocouple-based temperature sensors. The main tasks include: 1. Removing these instruments to check whether their protective sleeves are damaged, corroded, or deformed; performing leak tests as necessary, and replacing them if required. 2. Check the sealing condition at the flange surfaces or threaded connections of the protective sleeve, and replace the sealing gaskets. 3. Check whether the fasteners of the coupling-blocking components are loose or damaged. 4. Remove dust and debris from the protective sleeves and junction boxes. 5. Check whether the wiring terminals of the components are damp, loose, or corroded, as well as the insulation resistance between them and the protective sleeves. 6. Repair or replace damaged cable hoses.
