As we all know, there are different versions of standards issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry over various years; for example, the standards for flanges vary from one year to another. Thank you
New standards will certainly have changes compared to the old ones; otherwise, there would be no need to introduce new standards.
Of course there is a difference; it’s just the new replacing the old.

When new standards are introduced, those new standards are applied, and the old standards become invalid. During design, the currently valid standard specifications must be followed; otherwise, the designed product will be unqualified.
