As the technical backbone of petrochemical enterprises, what do you think should be done to live up to everyone’s expectations? Please discuss and improve it. . . .
The responsibility has to be taken; don’t shift it onto the workers on shift below； Strengthen professional skills, and ensure frequent communication with others ； Pay close attention to details to ensure safety!
It’s still the ability that counts – those who can remain calm in emergencies and solve problems in the most effective way will earn admiration from everyone. The issue is that to reach such a level, a great deal of effort is required
Will it live up to the leaders’ expectations or those of the employees?
You have excellent skills – things that others can’t do, you can. You have strong innovation skills; you can come up with unique ideas to solve problems that others cannot address. Do a good job in mentoring and passing on knowledge; don’t hold anything back – teach all the skills. Take the lead in work, especially in times of urgency, difficulty, and risk. Keep up with the times, and focus on learning and improvement.
There’s a saying that anyone can take command when the seas are calm, but it’s those who can stand their ground in rough waters who are true leaders. Therefore, in my opinion, one needs to have solid skills, the ability to manage relationships with the workers below, a sense of responsibility, and good psychological resilience. This is just my opinion; let’s discuss it together `````
It’s really difficult to do well, as meeting expectations means satisfying both superiors and subordinates. But overall, everything should be done for the benefit of the company and its employees; by putting oneself in the shoes of the frontline staff and considering their needs, I believe one can meet those expectations. :(
Excellent skills + warmth + personal charm. One more thing: be mindful of putting yourself in others’ shoes, and don’t become a mere assessment machine.
Ensure the stable and continuous operation of the large-scale system; remain calm in case of emergencies and respond wisely! Look more, think more, and pursue more technological innovation! Safe production, energy conservation and emission reduction, environment-friendly!
In my opinion, there are two key points: First, the ability to solve technical challenges. Second, it can improve people's quality.
⒈One must take the lead and set an example in terms of work attitude; responsibilities must be taken on, rather than being shifted to the workers on shift below； ⒉Improve the operating procedures, and truly turn them into textbooks and legal guidelines that operators can use as a reference for learning ； ⒊Get close to reality, keep up with the times, improve one’s own capabilities, have a good grasp of the overall situation, and provide valuable guidance to operators.
Think of things that others can’t think of, and do things that others can’t do
Not just obeying superiors, but only focusing on reality. But those who can use skill in persuading their superiors, able to change their minds without creating conflict, and ultimately get them to adopt the correct opinion, are truly the best among the core members. It’s difficult!
Firstly, one must have excellent technical skills; after all, as a technical leader, one needs to be highly proficient in technology, otherwise no one will respect you. Secondly, one needs to know how to manage subordinates, so as to avoid having everyone complaining
