Hydrocracking product distillation: single pass, conversion rate of 80%. The main products are naphtha, kerosene, diesel, and residue oil. The distillation section consists of a butane removal unit plus a main distillation column. This setup allows for the production of qualified products in a short time period during the initial operation. Are there any theoretical materials on distillation processes? Also, I’m looking for some empirical parameters. Those who have experience in this area, please help me out!
The empirical parameters vary depending on the different operating conditions of the device; even for the same device, changes in the raw materials can lead to changes in these parameters. It mainly relies on trial and error, as there is no shortcut
