I’m seeking advice from experts: generally, how much time does it take from the completion of water-coal slurry preparation to its use in gasification? Seconds? Minute level? In other words, how long can the stability of ordinary water-coal slurry be maintained? Is there any method of pulping using dry grinding and wet mixing? What is the fatal flaw of dry grinding and wet mixing in practical use? It should take a relatively long time! During one of our major overhauls, the slurry tank was not cleaned, and the slurry remained there for over 20 days before the plant was restarted and kept in use! It should take a relatively long time. Additionally, the laboratory can test its stability; just place an order for that
The minimum value is the rate of slurry per unit volume/coal slurry rate into the gasifier; in other words, it represents the minimum feed rate required for the gasifier

The so-called dry grinding and wet mixing method involves selecting the coal at the raw material stage and grinding it to a certain particle size; A slurry preparation station is set up at the using unit, where dry coal powder is mixed with additives to produce water-coal slurry. Dry grinding and wet mixing are currently performing well in coal-water slurry boilers, and there are many users of them.
