A pile of white plastic particles often contains some black plastic as well (black impurities in the form of carbonized material or within the plastic melt), which affects the visual quality of the plastic and can also lead to defects in the quality of the products during use. Their densities are indeed different, but since the plastic particles are very small, it is quite difficult to separate them from the finished product
Installing a filter screen at the extruder head can effectively remove impurities.
