The operating procedures require that during the heating stage of the sulfur furnace, the remaining steam in the boiler is vented from the top. When the amount of steam is large, the muffler should be vented. Imagine if it is possible to vent the air without opening the top, without going to the muffler, and directly suppress the pressure to 1.0MPa and send it to the pipe network. Is this okay? Steam venting is also a process of catching air.
If the temperature is not enough at the beginning, if you want to produce 1.0MPa steam, another way to vent is to cool down the process gas:) When the steam to be generated needs to be vented into the pipe network, it must be vented after the steam is qualified.
