The pipeline vibrates greatly when the compressor is running, especially when the process and equipment conditions change seriously. I think it is simple and direct to add fixation and support, especially at the elbow, but it is not the final solution. The stress must always be released. Just like flood control, it should be both sparse and not blocked. Buffers and secondary lines should be added at key locations, and the form of supports should be changed to relieve stress.

The vibration of the reciprocating machine is a relatively complex problem. To solve the problem of pipeline vibration, we must first look at the main reasons for the vibration. Generally, the vibration of reciprocating machines is divided into two categories:: One is mechanical vibration, because the generator drives the crankshaft to drive the crosshead through the connecting rod and then drives the piston to work, converting the rotational motion into linear reciprocating motion. Since the rotation of the crankshaft will produce an unbalanced torque, mechanical vibration will occur. However, this vibration can be controlled through design selection and calculation, and is generally not the main reason. The second is the vibration caused by the resonance of the air column. This vibration is relatively complex and has a lot to do with the design of the compressor's buffer tank, the design of the gas pipeline, and the way and position of the tank support and pipeline support. The above are the reasons. As our enterprise use management maintainers, it has caused great vibration. We can improve it in the following ways to achieve certain results. 1. Add shock-absorbing orifice plates to the compressor inlet and outlet buffer tanks. 2. Improve the direction of the compressor inlet and outlet pipelines and reduce unnecessary elbows. 3. Check whether the brackets of the pipelines are firm. 4. Improve process conditions.
Just find a unit to do vibration calculations and determine the size of the orifice plate and the volume of the inlet and outlet buffer tanks.
Adding a shock-absorbing bracket to the pipeline, or placing rubber or wood blocks under the original bracket can effectively reduce vibration.
