The typical usage pattern for dual-control electromagnetic directional valves is such that the solenoid valve remains powered on for long periods of time; over time, this can cause the coil of the solenoid valve to burn out. Therefore, using a dual-control system is a safer option. The usage pattern for single-control electromagnetic valves is the opposite of that in the case of dual-control systems!
I thought that for FC double-acting cylinders, a single electronically controlled solenoid valve should be used: the cylinder opens when power is applied, and it closes when power is cut off or there is a circuit fault. However, under certain special operating conditions where a strict distinction between power loss and circuit failure is required, dual-electronic control solenoids are used. When the first circuit is powered, the cylinder opens; when the second circuit is powered, the cylinder closes. In the event of a circuit fault, it stays in the intermediate position of the solenoid valve. This way, it will not be confusing whether the cylinder has stopped working due to control requirements or a circuit fault.
The double-acting ones on the upper floor have no distinction between FC and FO.
