Is the safety barrier in a frozen state?

Our company uses P+F temperature safety gates of the KFD2-UT/UT2-EX1 type. Frequently, short-circuit alarms occur at some non-control points, and the red indicator light on the safety gate also flashes; the problem is resolved after replacing it with a new one. I’m not sure what’s causing this Please ask the experts to help solve this! ! ! !
Firstly, I don’t understand why short-circuit alarms occur at some non-control points; under normal circumstances, it are the control points or interlocking points that experience temperature changes. The failure rate of safety barriers is indeed higher than that of the DCS channels. However, it is still recommended to check the external wiring for any short circuits, as well as for issues such as grounding or other types of interference. If this issue from the original poster occurs frequently, it should be a peripheral problem.
Check the wiring; it’s most likely a wiring issue.
