For power generation boilers, there are only a few well-known companies in China; they may not opt to produce small boilers (under 120T) due to the large number of orders. For ordinary industrial boilers of 120T or less, there are also many manufacturers. Some have more experience in designing fluidized bed furnaces, some have more experience in designing chain grate furnaces, and some have more experience in designing fuel (gas) boilers. Therefore, when choosing a manufacturer, it is necessary to explain your own requirements so that they can help provide you with useful references.
As mentioned above, there are many types of boilers. Taking the two 20T boilers we use in practice as an example, our company employs coal-fired chain boilers manufactured by Jiangxi Southern Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; due to a shortage of coal last year, they switched to using rice husks as fuel. Considering overall usage, the quality is not particularly good, but it is convenient to make modifications using a chain furnace and its price is low. By using rice husks as raw material, the cost decreases, and the steam pressure becomes higher than before
