Three sets of dry gas seals for the synthetic compressor have failed consecutively! !
1. Interlocks are recommended for compressors and Roots blowers. Prevent over-oxidation caused by negative pressure at the compressor inlet. 2. High and low level alarms for the gas tank to prevent the fan from operating under negative pressure. The gas tank top flipped over.

Last year, our factory. The gas scrubber of the desulfurization system was deflated after being shut down. The reason is that a liquid seal occurred in the operating desulfurization system, resulting in an increase in the system pressure difference. The reduction is not timely. Negative pressure at the compressor inlet caused the gas scrubbing tower of the decommissioned desulfurization system to collapse. Thinking about it now is still shocking. Safety in production cannot be taken lightly! ! ! ! ! ! !

At that time, since the gasification and air separation purification systems had not been completed, the low-pressure refined gas from the old system was used to carry out heating and reduction. One day after one month of operation, the exhaust pressure of the dry gas seal reached the interlock value, causing the system to shut down. Upon further inspection, traces of water were found in the dry gas seal filter. Due to the high water content in the low-pressure purified gas, moisture enters the dry gas seal, damaging it.
